Japanese-owned and operated since opening in 1999, Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar is located in the thriving heart of Ghent. Our family-owned restaurant offers table seating, a sushi bar, and "Japanese room" seating. The rooms, which are placed on a mock, cut-out floor, allow customers to have the feel of traditional Japanese floor seating without sacrificing comfort. Our award-winning vegetarian and vegan options will satisfy even the strictest of diets, so please check out our Vegetarian/Vegan section of the menu as well!
